Each and every item from Re-Nou is unique. If you cannot find the product that you fell in love with, unfortunately this means that another fellow shopper has bought it. It’s worth checking our page regularly for new arrivals.
Re-Nou garments are all vintage or pre-loved items from different decades and can vary from size standards of today. That is why we always include measurements taken in centimeters with the products laid flat! We also give infos about the height and size of the model, so you have a better understanding of the proportions of the garment.
Please find our chart in our Size Guide to get full information on how we measure different items and contact us at email@example.com if you need any help with sizing.
We purchase most of our garments from brocantes and thrift stores in France and Spain which are known for their tailoring tradition. Every piece we source is hand-picked and checked carefully, we also avoid buying in bulk to reduce waste.
We wash or clean our products prior to packaging because we care about your safety and experience as a customer. Since we also care about the environment, we use eco-friendly cleaning products and sustainable methods.
If you want to find out what is the best way to care about your garment, check our Care & Re-Nou section.
All our items are pre owned and subsequently not all of them look as good as new. However, when we choose our products, they undergo a very careful examination. Even if the garment is not perfect, but amazing in design and quality we select it for our shop and try to fix small imperfections with professional help.
We are very honest in our selection and grading process because we want you to know exactly what you are buying and we want you to be happy and come back to us for more! We therefore use a guide, which is based on the general vintage condition definition widely used by other vintage online and offline shops.
Each item is classified into five categories as follows:
Description: Item is in excellent condition, with no holes, stains, or repairs.
Description: The item appears slightly worn from general wear and could appear slightly faded or with a minor flaw in an un-obvious place. It is considered very wearable as is.
Description: The item appears worn and may have a combination of fading or a minor flaw for instance. Flaws may be outlined in the garment description.
Description: The item appears worn, and may have visible flaws. It is being offered because the item is highly desirable or it is more than 50 years old. The item is still considered wearable. The fault may be outlined in the garment description.
Description: Vintage clothing that has never been worn before. Usually, these unworn items are complete with the original merchandise tags. These items are also graded for condition.
