Most Re-Nou pieces follow our standard shipping and return policy. Bridal pieces have separate conditions due to their delicate nature, higher value, and the additional care involved before and after shipping. You’ll find both policies clearly marked below.

We ship EU-wide. Depending on where you live, shipping times may vary. Usually, orders arrive within up to 7 working days.

Bridal shipping

Bridal pieces are shipped fully insured to cover the full value of the garment.

Shipping costs for bridal pieces vary between €16 and €25, depending on the destination country.

Standard return policy

We offer returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

You can return your item for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Because every Re-Nou piece is one of a kind, a timely return makes a real difference for us. When an item is returned quickly, we are able to offer it again to another customer who may have been waiting for it.

Standard return conditions

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns are only accepted from countries within the Schengen Area.

To initiate a return or exchange, click here or send us an email at renou.vintage@gmail.com with your order number, the reference(s) you would like to return, and the reason for your return.

After we have received and checked your return, we will refund the item price and the initial shipping costs. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the return shipping costs.

Please note that we cannot issue a refund if the return parcel is damaged, opened, or lost on the way. For this reason, we recommend using insured shipping.


Bridal return policy

We offer returns on bridal pieces within 14 days of receiving your order.

All bridal pieces must be returned in the same condition in which they were received — unworn, unaltered, and without any new marks or damage.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns are only accepted from countries within the Schengen Area.

For bridal pieces, refunds are subject to a 15% return handling fee. This helps cover the additional care, cleaning, and preparation involved with delicate vintage bridal garments.

The fee is waived if you choose store credit.

Bridal return conditions

Returned bridal pieces must be unworn, unaltered, and without any new marks, damage, or visible signs of use.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

After we have received and checked your return, we will refund the item price and the initial shipping costs, minus the 15% return handling fee if you choose a refund to your original payment method.

Why is there a return handling fee for bridal pieces?

Each bridal piece is carefully prepared before it reaches you and, if returned, requires professional cleaning and preparation before it can be offered again.

For this reason, refunds for bridal pieces are subject to a 15% return handling fee. This fee is waived if you choose store credit.

It is not intended as a penalty — simply a way to help cover the additional care delicate vintage bridal garments require, so every piece remains as special as when it first left our studio.


Why do you only accept returns from Schengen countries?

Because of customs regulations, returns from non-Schengen countries often get held, delayed, or incur additional fees that we cannot control.

As a small business working with one-of-a-kind vintage pieces, this makes returns from outside the Schengen Area unfortunately, unmanageable.

For this reason, we can only accept returns sent from countries within the Schengen Area.
