Shipping cost

We ship EU wide. Depending on where you live, the shipping times might vary. Usually it takes up to 7 working days for your order to arrive.

We have a shipping cost varying between 7,90 Euros to 14,80 Euros, depending on what country you want to send your order to.

Zone 1 - Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovenia - 9,80€
Zone 2 - Estonia, Andorra, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Monaco, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Serbia, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland - 14,80€
Zone 3 - Spain - 5,80€

Return policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Returned items must be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please read the following infos:

  1. Send an email to renou.vintage@gmail.com with your order number, the reference (s) you want to send back and the reason.
  2. Please be aware that the customer has to pay the return costs.
  3. After we have received and checked your return, we will refund the item price and the initial shipping costs. Unfortunately we can not refund the costs for the return shipping.
  4. We can only refund via the same method of payment the initial purchase was made.
  5. Unfortunately we can not refund the money if the refund package is damaged, opened or lost on the way. Therefore we recommend insured shipping.
