Re-Nou is a curated selection of one-of-a-kind vintage, where style leads and sustainability naturally follows. We source pieces that feel special, relevant, and made to last.
Why do people shop at Re-Nou?
Our customers come to us for pieces that feel special without feeling overdone — garments with character, beautiful materials, and a natural place in a modern wardrobe.
Why vintage?
We believe some of the best pieces already exist. Vintage offers individuality, beautiful materials, and craftsmanship that is increasingly difficult to find in mass production.
Who selects the pieces?
Every piece is personally sourced and selected by us, Anastasia and Sweta. We choose garments for their design, quality, and lasting appeal.
Do you only sell designer pieces?
No. While we love finding exceptional designer pieces, we select garments based on quality, craftsmanship, and design rather than labels alone.
Are all pieces unique?
Yes. Almost every piece at Re-Nou is one of a kind. Once sold, it usually cannot be sourced again. Occasionally, when we collaborate with different brands or artists, we might have multiple items of the same design.
How do you prepare the garments?
Every piece is carefully inspected, cleaned, and prepared in our studio before it is listed and again before it is shipped.
Where do you ship from?
Re-Nou is based in Germany, but orders are shipped from our facility in Spain.
How quickly will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually dispatched within 48–72 hours.
Can I return an item?
Yes. Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are returned in the same condition. Please note that we can only accept returns from countries within the Schengen Area.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship throughout Europe. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

How do I know if the piece will fit me?
Vintage sizing often differs from modern sizing, so we provide several references to help you judge the fit.
If the original label is still attached, we include the tagged size. However, the size we list is the one we believe fits best today.
In the Size & Fit section, you will find:
• our recommended modern size
• the model’s height and usual size
• detailed garment measurements
We recommend comparing the measurements with a similar item you already own.

What condition are the items in?
Every piece is individually inspected, cleaned, and prepared in our studio before it is listed.
Any visible signs of wear are carefully assessed and described in the product listing so you know exactly what to expect.
We classify condition in four clear categories:
New
Unused and in perfect condition.
Great Vintage Condition
Very well preserved for its age with minimal signs of wear.
Good Vintage Condition
A well-kept piece showing gentle, natural signs of age.
Fair Vintage Condition
Fully wearable but with visible wear or cosmetic marks.
Are the items cleaned before shipping?
Yes. Every piece is carefully cleaned or refreshed according to its material before it reaches you.
Natural fibres such as wool and silk are treated with specialised care to preserve their quality while ensuring the piece arrives fresh and ready to wear.

Can I return an item if it doesn't work for me?
Yes. Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
Please note that returns are only accepted from countries within the Schengen Area. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns from non-Schengen countries due to customs regulations beyond our control.
Why are vintage pieces priced this way?
Vintage pieces are priced based on several factors, including design, materials, craftsmanship, rarity, and overall condition.
Unlike modern mass production, many vintage garments were made in smaller quantities and with exceptional materials and construction. We also consider the time invested in sourcing, cleaning, and carefully preparing each piece before it reaches you.
Our goal is always to offer pieces that feel special, lasting, and worth keeping in your wardrobe for years.
How can I tell if a vintage piece will work for me?
Many customers say they can picture the piece in their wardrobe almost immediately — how they would wear it and what they would combine it with.
When a garment feels natural alongside the pieces you already love, it's often a sign that it will become part of your everyday rotation.
