Changed your mind about an eligible order? You can start your withdrawal request below within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Please have your name and order number ready — once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation by email.
Shipping and Returns for Product page
We have a shipping cost varying between €7.80 and €14.80, depending on the country you want your order shipped to.
We offer returns within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note: Returns are only accepted from countries within the Schengen Area.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns from non-Schengen countries due to customs regulations beyond our control.
