We ship EU wide. Depending on where you live, the shipping times might vary. Usually, it takes up to 7 working days for your order to arrive.

Shipping cost varies between €16–€25, depending on destination. All orders are fully insured.

Return policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return shipping costs are not covered by us and remain the responsibility of the customer.

All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received — unworn, unaltered, and without any new marks or damage.

For bridal pieces, refunds are subject to a 15% return handling fee. This helps cover the additional care, cleaning, and preparation involved with delicate vintage bridal garments. The fee is waived if you choose store credit.

Why is there a fee for returns?

Each bridal piece is carefully prepared before it reaches you and, if returned, requires professional cleaning and preparation before it can be offered again.

For this reason, refunds are subject to a 15% return handling fee. This fee is waived if you choose store credit.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Returns are only accepted from countries within the Schengen Zone
  • Returned items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Please read the following infos:

  • Please be aware that the customer has to pay the return costs.
  • After we have received and checked your return, we will refund the item price and the initial shipping costs. Unfortunately, we can not refund the costs for the return shipping.
  • We can only refund via the same method of payment the initial purchase was made.
  • Unfortunately, we can not refund the money if the refund package is damaged, opened or lost on the way. Therefore, we recommend insured shipping.

Why do you only accept returns from Schengen countries?
Because of customs regulations, returns from non-Schengen countries often get held, delayed, or incur additional fees that we cannot control. As a small business working with one-of-a-kind vintage pieces, this makes returns from outside the Schengen Area unfortunately unmanageable.

For this reason, we can only accept returns sent from countries within the Schengen Zone.

It is not intended as a penalty — simply a way to help cover the additional care delicate vintage bridal garments require, so every piece remains as special as when it first left our studio.
